Description

If you are running a supercharged MOPAR then you know that your factory belt tensioner was not designed to stand up to the stress and strain of the added HP and Torque, especially if you are racing. Our Street Performance Tensioner is fabricated from 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum, not cast, and features nearly 2x the spring tension vs. the stock item. Internal components include a TGP shaft, hardened bushings, proprietary spring, and thrust bearings make this the strongest and smoothest belt tensioner on the market.  It has been tested and proven on the DYNO and the Track and will reduce if not eliminate belt slip, which will increase boost and HP. Best of all, it is a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock unit, no brackets, fittings or adaptors are needed.  Recommended for cars making up to 700 HP. We are so confident that our tensioner will not bend or break that we will guarantee it for life.
