BTR 6.4 GEN III HEMI DROP-IN ROD & PISTON KIT

We’ve teamed up with Wiseco and Molnar to develop a fantastic rod & piston combo that drops right in on your stock bore stock crank 6.4 Gen III HEMI engine! 

Choose between:

+2CC Dome pistons with valve pockets for 10.9:1 compression ratio or -11CC Dish pistons with valve pockets for 9.5:1 compression ratio with OEM 2009+ cylinder head, gasket, crank & deck height.

PISTONS—These Wiseco pistons are designed to complement the new Molnar rods below. They are no-expense-spared pistons intended for serious racers and builders. They are packed with custom-level performance and durability features, and premium rings and pins are provided. 

• Engineered, forged, and machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum for improved tensile strength
• ArmorGlide® Skirt Coating: seizure resistant, friction reduction, and quieter operation
• Fully machined crown features
• Precision ring grooves, anti-detonation groove, and additional ring seal improving features
• Forced pin oiling
• Pins and rings included

RODS—These excellent rods from Molnar complement our .927″ pin 6.4 GEN III HEMI pistons and hold some serious power. These H-Beam Connecting Rods are made from 4340 billet material, heat-treated to increase tensile strength, and shot-peened to increase fatigue life. All rods have wear-resistant bronze bushings for long wrist pin life and feature ARP2000 material bolts custom-made for Molnar by ARP. All MOLNAR TECHNOLOGIES connecting rods are finished here in the USA in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Every set of eight is weight-matched, and sizes are held to +/- .0001″, the tightest tolerances you will find in the racing industry!
